A 5-week program designed to support you to release, restore and reconnect

Join me every Sunday morning in December, from 9:00 AM to 9:45 AM, live on Zoom, for a restorative journey into mindfulness and motion. This program is designed to help you release stress, reconnect with your body, and create a calm, centred space amongst the chaos. 

Through somatic movement, focused meditation, and guided breathwork, you’ll:

  • Release tension from your body and mind.

  • Restore balance to your week with intentional practices.

  • Reconnect with your breath, your purpose, and yourself.

No experience is necessary—just bring an open mind, a comfortable space, and your curiosity. Let’s make this season feel stunningly serene.
