Step into the peace of Sunday Sanctuary, a restorative program designed to support and nourish you through the busy December season. Each Sunday, join me for a 45 minute session of mindful movement, meditation, and reflection—your space to pause, recharge, and reconnect. Together, we’ll create a sanctuary for your body and mind, helping you move into the week ahead with strength, balance, and serenity.
Who is this for?
This program is for anybody who needs some stress relief and the benefits of mind-body connection.
Its perfect if you are a busy professional or parent and need a way to unwind and connect with yourself, this program will give you that vital pause and balance of your nervous system.
It is ideal for anybody who struggles with overwhelm this time of year to release tension and manage emotions whilst navigating this season.
It will be a great remedy for anybody who is feeling disconnected to their body by bringing you back to your centre and grounding you in the present.
I know this season can feel isolating and stressful, so i want to create a sense of community in a supportive environment.
5 week journey
This program is a 5 week journey of movement, meditation and mindfulness. This December, you can join me every Sunday at 9.00am to 9.45am for a transformative journey to unwind, reconnect, and find peace this season. Through somatic movement, breathwork, guided meditation and mindful tools, we’ll come together each week to center ourselves, reduce stress, and embrace this time of year with clarity and calm.
Somatic movement
Somatic movement is an holistic approach to physical activity that focuses on internal awareness of the body and its sensations, rather than external form or performance. The term ‘somatic’ comes from the greek word SOMA, meaning living body. In these sessions we will use somatic movement to tune into our bodies, release tension and explore ways to move with a greater ease, so that we can reduce stress, find some pain relief, and enhance our emotional well-being.
Breathwork
The breath is deeply connected to our nervous system, which regulates our stress response. By becoming conscious of our breath we can influence our physiological state. We will use the breath to calm the ‘fight or flight’ response and stimulate our ‘rest & digest’ system. We will use the breath in movement to increase oxygen delivery to our tissues, enhance our focus and regulate our emotional responses. You can expect to reduce feelings of stress, feel improved mental clarity, feel more energised and centred.
meditation
We will use meditation to slow down our minds and promote a state of relaxation. We will aim to strengthen our focus and calm down overactive areas of the brain. I love to use meditation to help us feel more balanced, so we can respond to challenges thoughtfully. Meditation supports me to sleep better and have a deeper connection and understanding of myself. It will be a powerful addition to enhance our feelings of well-being and we will use it to get clear on our vision.
mindfulness
Mindfulness teaches us to observe the flow of thoughts and emotions without clinging to them or pushing them away. By practicing mindfulness, we can learn to accept things as they are and respond to challenges more effectively rather than reacting impulsively. This time of year can trigger stress and anxiety, so with techniques in this program we can create a mental space to pause, reset, and choose calm over chaos.

The 5 week journey together
Week 1: "The Calm Before the Storm" Building a foundation for peace amidst life’s turbulences with grounding practices and understanding the bodys response.
Week 2: "Embracing the Shadows" Acknowledging and accepting difficult emotions with a focus on how to navigate emotional challenges and transforming resistance into understanding.
Week 3: "Building Your Inner Sanctuary" Creating a space of safety, strength, and resilience. Equipping us with tools to manage external pressures.
Week 4: "Dancing Through the Chaos" Cultivating flexibility, adaptability, and resilience. Embracing life’s unpredictability with a sense of ease and play.
Week 5: "Returning to the Light" Reflecting on the journey, celebrating growth, and moving forward with renewed clarity with a focus on Integration and empowerment.
