Why i created this program

After coaching women for the last 10 years, It was clear that there was a demand for a tailored approach to menopause management, so I dug deeper and consulted with over 200 women. These insightful conversations revealed a common desire for strength-based training tailored to the unique challenges menopause presents. Many women emphasised the importance of addressing joint pain and fluctuations in energy levels throughout the month. They also expressed a need for clearer information, nutritional advice, support with mindset, and a boost in confidence.
